Use when the user wants to migrate code, port a project, translate a language, rewrite a service in another stack, do a large-scale mechanical refactor, or run a framework/version upgrade that spans many files. Runs a six-step engine: build a rulebook, map dependencies, inventory gaps, stress-test, then translate → compile → test → verify with parallel agents and adversarial review.
