  • Scope (known vs unknown)
  • Risks / assumptions
  • Verification (what to check)
  • Rollback

Rules

  • If evidence is missing, say so and request cc-explore.
  • Avoid unverified assumptions; mark unknowns explicitly.
  • Keep the plan concise and actionable.
