Use when the user wants to bring a project's dependencies up to date — "update dependencies", "update the packages", "update this site's plugins", "update WordPress/core/composer/npm", "bring this project up to date", "are we behind on anything?", or "/update". Covers Laravel (composer + npm), classic WordPress installs (theme build deps, plugins, themes, core, and optionally pulling the production database and uploads), and a generic composer/npm fallback for anything else. Do NOT trigger for updating prose or records — docs, a README, a GitHub issue, a Basecamp card, a Notion page, a status somewhere. This skill only updates dependencies.
