核心约束

需要 user OAuth token：task 模块操作基于用户身份，需先完成 OAuth 授权（auth oauth_url → 登录 → auth exchange_code）
due_date 格式：支持 "2026-03-15" 或 "2026-03-15 18:00" 等字符串
assignee_ids: 指派人 open_id（ou_ 开头），数组格式
任务状态: 完成用 complete 动作；撤销完成用 uncomplete 动作；update 不支持 status 字段
只能操作有权限的任务：作为成员的任务
重复规则: 只有设置了截止时间的任务才能设置重复规则
