vox.ai 웹 앱 가이드

vox.ai 웹 앱(https://www.tryvox.co/dashboard/{organizationId}/...)에서 사용자가 수행하는 모든 UI 조작 — 에이전트 구축, 번호 관리, 발신 실행, 통화 데이터 분석, 조직 설정 — 을 안내하는 스킬. 다른 vox 스킬(vox-agents, vox-flow, vox-tools, vox-onboarding)이 UI 경로를 설명할 때 secondary reference로 참조한다.

언제 이 스킬을 사용하나

  • "대시보드에서 X를 어떻게 해요?" 같은 UI 조작 질문
  • 다른 스킬이 MCP 도구 대신 "UI에서 해야 하는 작업"을 안내해야 할 때 (예: 녹취 재생, CSV 업로드, 보이스 클론, 결제, 멤버 초대)
  • 특정 페이지/다이얼로그로 바로 이동시키는 딥링크가 필요할 때

레퍼런스 역할 분담

이 스킬은 라우터다. 영역별로 references에 분할되어 있으므로, 작업 전 해당 파일을 반드시 읽는다.

워크플로우

모드 A: 화면 보며 안내 (권장)

사용자가 대시보드 URL을 공유하면 이 모드로 진행한다. Claude Chrome extension(MCP)이 필요하다. 미설치 시 사용자에게 설치를 안내한다.

  1. 사용자가 대시보드 URL을 공유한다 (예: https://www.tryvox.co/dashboard/{orgId}/agents)
  2. Chrome으로 해당 페이지를 연다
  3. 스크린샷을 찍고, 화면에 보이는 UI 요소를 가리키며 해당 영역의 reference 내용을 설명한다
  4. 질문이 없으면 다음 영역으로 이동 → 스크린샷 → 설명 반복
  5. 마지막에 전체 요약과 추가 질문 여부를 확인한다

모드 B: 텍스트 안내

화면 없이 reference 기반으로 설명하는 모드. URL 없이 시작하면 이 모드로 진행한다.

  1. 해당 영역의 reference를 읽고 핵심 내용을 설명한다
  2. 사용자 질문에 답변한다
  3. 필요하면 deep-links.md의 URL을 공유해 사용자가 바로 해당 화면으로 이동하게 한다

딥링크 활용

쿼리 파라미터로 특정 다이얼로그/폼을 바로 열 수 있다. 자주 쓰는 것:
