Agent Skills: hugging-face-evaluation

Add and manage evaluation results in Hugging Face model cards. Supports extracting eval tables from README content, importing scores from Artificial Analysis API, and running custom model evaluations with vLLM/lighteval. Works with the model-index metadata format.
