Agent Skills: architectural-analysis
User-triggered deep architectural analysis of a codebase or scoped subtree across eight modes — information architecture, data flow, integration points, UI surfaces, interaction patterns, data model, control flow, and failure modes. This skill should be used when the user asks to "diagram this codebase," "map the architecture," "show the data flow," "give me an ERD," "trace control flow," "find the integration points," "verify the layout pattern," "audit the UX architecture," or any similar request whose primary deliverable is mermaid diagrams plus cited reports under docs/architecture/. Dispatches haiku/sonnet sub-agents in parallel for per-mode exploration, then verifies every citation mechanically before any node lands in a diagram. Not for one-off prose explanations of code (use code-explanation) or for high-level system design from scratch (use system-design).

- financial-statementsGenerate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) with period-over-period comparison and variance analysis. Use when preparing a monthly or quarterly P&L, closing the books and need to flag material variances, comparing actuals to budget, building a financial summary for leadership review, or looking up GAAP presentation requirements and period-end adjustments.
- gemini-history-analyzerAnalyze Google Takeout exports of Gemini conversation history. Use when the user mentions Gemini takeout, Gemini export, Gemini history, Gemini conversation analysis, Google Takeout zip analysis, or drags a takeout zip into the project. Also use when the user asks to "analyze my Gemini data", "what did I talk to Gemini about", or wants to extract insights from Gemini chat logs.
- design-prototypeUse for interactive HTML prototypes (交互原型) with the real LobeHub UI stack. Excludes production UI implementation.
- portfolio-managerComprehensive portfolio analysis using Alpaca MCP Server integration to fetch holdings and positions, then analyze asset allocation, risk metrics, individual stock positions, diversification, and generate rebalancing recommendations. Use when user requests portfolio review, position analysis, risk assessment, performance evaluation, or rebalancing suggestions for their brokerage account.
- trailmark-variant-neighborhoodExpands one confirmed or suspected vulnerability into a Trailmark graph neighborhood of variant candidates by finding sibling functions, shared callers and callees, common sensitive sinks, common entrypoint paths, interface implementations, override relationships, type/reference neighbors, and structurally similar nodes. Use after one issue is found to seed variant-analysis, semgrep-rule-creator, static-analysis, or manual review with graph-derived candidate locations.
- hiring-product-talentHelp users identify, attract, and hire exceptional product managers and engineers by shifting from passive HR processes to a founder-led, high-intensity recruitment strategy.
