This skill should be used when the user invokes /founder-mode or asks for a pragmatic staff/principal founder-engineer perspective on a task, decision, design, refactor, or brainstorming session. It applies Lean Startup (Ries) and Good Strategy Bad Strategy (Rumelt) discipline - diagnosis before solutions, cheapest falsifying experiment, small batches, leverage points - to whatever the user scopes it to.
