Weekly SDR call-coaching loop for Tim (Sr. BDR coaching Edgar Marroquin + Vasil Ivanov). Pulls each SDR's real connected Nooks dials (recordingUrl) + external Clari calls from the report week, scores every coachable call against a 4-dimension rubric (Orlob discovery, opener + take-control, Epiphan spec accuracy, MEDDIC capture), and outputs a per-SDR coaching card (score, 2 wins, 2 fixes, verbatim quotes, recording links) + a team trend. Read-only everywhere except the final Slack DM to Tim and an optional coaching-notes Gmail draft. Built to run Friday ~11 AM CST so Tim reviews before the 5:30 PM KPI report.
